Shipping Policy

Shipping Options and Times

We offer the following shipping options for all orders within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $75. Flat rate of $6.95 for orders under $75.
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.95
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $29.95

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day.

Free Shipping

All orders over $75 qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States. No promo code required — free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country. All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time through our tracking portal or by logging into your Highs Beauty account.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO

We can ship to most P.O. Box addresses via USPS. APO/FPO military addresses are also supported. Please note that express and overnight shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
