Affiliate Program Terms

By submitting an application to the HIGHS Beauty Affiliate Program (the "Program"), or by continuing to participate after any update to these terms, you agree to the following. If you do not agree, do not apply and do not promote HIGHS Beauty.

1. Who we are

HIGHS Beauty ("we", "us", "HIGHS") sells coffee-based spa and personal care products through highs.beauty. The Program is operated using third-party affiliate software that tracks referrals made through your unique affiliate link and any coupon code we assign to you.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must provide accurate information about yourself and your promotional channels.
• We may approve, decline, or later suspend any application at our discretion.
• You may not operate more than one affiliate account without our written permission.

3. Commission

How commission is calculated:

• Commission is paid on the product value only. Shipping, taxes and tips are excluded.
• Commission is calculated on the order value after any discount code has been applied — including your own affiliate coupon.
• Where an order contains both standard and higher-rate products, the higher rate applies only to those specific products; the remainder of the order earns the standard rate.
• Commission is earned per successfully attributed order. A customer is attributed to you when they arrive through your affiliate link or use your assigned coupon code within the attribution window in section 4.
• Commission is not paid on orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, or identified as fraudulent before payout.

4. Attribution window

A referral is credited to you when a customer clicks your affiliate link and completes a purchase within the tracking window configured for the Program, as shown on the Program details page. A customer who uses your assigned coupon code receives credit to you regardless of which link they arrived through, unless another affiliate's coupon was used.

5. Customer discount

We may issue you one or more coupon codes giving your audience a discount on their order. The discount value is set by us and may differ from any promotion advertised on highs.beauty. You must not alter, forge, reuse, or share coupon codes beyond the terms we issue them under.

6. Self-referrals (your own purchases)

You are permitted to purchase HIGHS products through your own affiliate link or coupon and to earn commission on those purchases, subject to the following limits:

• Self-referral purchases are for personal use only. Products bought this way must not be resold, and must not be offered for sale on any marketplace.
• Self-referral commission is capped at USD 100 per calendar month. Purchases beyond that cap in any month earn no additional commission.
• We may request reasonable evidence that a self-referral order was a genuine personal purchase. Commission may be withheld or reversed where the pattern indicates resale, inventory accumulation, or abuse.

7. Payouts

• Minimum payout threshold: USD 50. Balances below this roll over to the next period.
• Payouts are processed monthly, after the return window for the relevant orders has passed.
• You choose your preferred payout method when you register or in your affiliate dashboard. Available methods: bank transfer or store credit at highs.beauty. Store credit is applied to your own future HIGHS purchases and is not redeemable for cash.
• You are responsible for keeping your payout details correct. We are not liable for payments sent to details you supplied incorrectly.
• You are responsible for any taxes on commission you receive. Commission is paid gross.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Bid on, purchase, or register search or advertising keywords containing "HIGHS", "HIGHS Beauty", "highs.beauty", or any confusingly similar variation, or run paid search ads that outrank us on our own brand terms.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders, hidden iframes, toolbar installs, adware, or any technique that generates referrals without a genuine customer action.
• Post your coupon code to public coupon-aggregator or "cashback" sites, or allow it to be redistributed beyond the audience you described in your application.
• Make claims about HIGHS products that are false or unapproved — including medical, therapeutic, or curative claims.
• Misrepresent delivery times or the origin of shipment. HIGHS products may ship from our warehouse in China as well as from Canada; you must not promise a specific domestic dispatch or delivery time.
• Use HIGHS trademarks, product photography or brand assets in a way that implies an official partnership, endorsement, or employment relationship.
• Create fake affiliate accounts, or recruit sub-affiliates without our written approval.
• Send unsolicited bulk email or messages promoting HIGHS.

9. Changes, suspension and termination

• We may change commission rates, coupon values, thresholds or these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued participation after a change means you accept it.
• We may suspend or terminate your account, and withhold unpaid commission, if you breach these terms, generate fraudulent or invalid traffic, or behave in a way that damages the HIGHS brand.
• You may leave the Program at any time. Commission already earned on valid orders that have passed the return window will be paid at the normal time.

10. Liability

• The Program is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any level of traffic, earnings, or availability of the tracking system.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunity.
• Our total liability to you in any calendar year is limited to the commission we paid or owe you in that year.
• You agree to indemnify HIGHS against claims arising from your promotional content, including claims that your content is misleading or infringes another party's rights.

11. Privacy

We collect and process the information you provide to administer the Program and to pay you. We do not sell your personal information. You may request access to or correction of your information by contacting us at the address above.

12. Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to HIGHS Beauty's place of business. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. This document is the entire agreement between you and HIGHS regarding the Program and replaces any earlier version.
